1) When you open IMFitPro app, the data can be synced automatically;Also, you can go to the main interface of the app, and slide list down to refresh the interface and to sync.

2) If you’ re prompted to fail to connect when syncing:

a) Refresh the main interface again;

b)Restart the app;
